Ice cream in 20 seconds, with chefs Nick and Roger

1. Wear eye protection and gloves. Nick is dressed in shorts in these pictures to show you what not to do.

2. Mix in *metal* pot (glass or plastic may break):

2 pints heavy cream
1 bottle Karo clear corn syrup
1 12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 12-oz jar marachino cherries, drained
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tsp almond extract

3. Begin pouring liquid nitrogen

4. Stir like hell for 20 seconds. Use a *wooden* spoon and keep pouring. Wood won't break and it won't conduct the cold.
